In this episode we speak to Arike Oke, Managing Director of Black Cultural Archives about their work and response to the Windrush scandal, Rhoda Boateng, Black Cultural Archival Supervisor about their oral histories of the personal experiences of the Windrush generation and also Public Historian Kelly Foster about the important of keeping family records and how the shredding of Windrush landing cards was just one part in a long line of actions that devastated the lives of so many people.

In this final episode, Patrick Vernon OBE, Windrush campaigner and social commentator gives an overview of momentous events such as the killing of George Floyd in the US which sparked the Black Lives Matter movement across the world and the ongoing impact of Paulette Wilson campaigning on behalf of the Windrush generation.

In this episode, we will be discussing the Windrush compensation scheme with lawyer Jacqueline McKenzie, Martin Forde QC who is a barrister and the independent advisor for the Windrush compensation scheme, Minister Clive Foster who is a senior minister at the Pilgrim church in Nottingham and Hilary Brown who is the CEO at Virgo Consultancy Services Limited
